Day by day, this Rwanda safari package unfolds as follows. On Day 1, trek through Volcanoes National Park with rangers to spend an hour with a mountain gorilla family, then drive to Akagera National Park in the afternoon, with an evening game drive on arrival and overnight at a basic lodge. On Day 2, full morning game drive across Akagera's savannah in search of the Big Five, then transfer back to Kigali for your departure.

A 60% deposit ($1,800) confirms your dates and secures permits and accommodation, with the remaining 40% due 20 days before travel.
