Bookings & Deposits
A booking is confirmed once a 60% deposit of the total package price is received and permits or accommodation have been secured on your behalf. The remaining 40% balance is due no later than 20 days before your travel date. For bookings made within 20 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Gorilla trekking and chimpanzee tracking permits are issued by the Rwanda Development Board and are generally non-refundable once purchased. Cancellation terms for lodging and transport vary by supplier and travel dates — we will share the specific terms that apply to your booking before you pay.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Pesapal. We do not store your card details. Payments can also be made by mobile money, bank transfer, or in person by arrangement.
Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa, and appropriate travel insurance. We recommend insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and adventure activities.
