The Family Celebration Safari is a 10-day, 9-night Rwanda tour package from $20,000 per person, part of our Mid-Range tier. Designed for milestone trips and family celebrations, this ten-day Rwanda safari layers a private celebration dinner by Lake Kivu and a Dian Fossey campus visit onto our full grand circuit — Akagera, Nyungwe, and mountain gorilla trekking — so the occasion feels as memorable as the wildlife.

Day by day, this Rwanda safari package unfolds as follows. On Day 1, arrival and welcome in Kigali. On Days 2-3, wildlife game drives with an optional celebration bush dinner. On Days 4-5, chimpanzee trekking and the canopy walkway. On Days 6-7, a private celebration dinner by the lake is included. On Day 8, drive to the Volcanoes region with a cultural village stop. On Day 9, mountain gorilla trekking day plus a visit to the Dian Fossey research campus. On Day 10, transfer back to Kigali for departure.

A 60% deposit ($12,000) confirms your dates and secures permits and accommodation, with the remaining 40% due 20 days before travel.
