A ready-made weekend retreat for NGO and non-profit teams based in Rwanda — a fully guided Akagera Big Five safari that gets a whole team out of the office and into the field together, at a price built for group budgets.
Day by day, this Rwanda safari package unfolds as follows. On Day 1, depart Kigali as a group for Akagera National Park, check in to a full-board lodge, then head out for an afternoon guided Big Five game drive together before dinner and overnight. On Day 2, sunrise guided game drive across Akagera, breakfast as a team, then return transfer to Kigali by early afternoon — back in time for the work week.
Like every Rwanda tour package on this site, the NGO & Team Retreat Safari is priced per person and includes akagera National Park entrance fees, 2 guided Big Five game drives, group vehicle & driver-guide, 1 night full-board accommodation, all meals (2 days), and flexible group scheduling, with no hidden fees added after booking. A 60% deposit ($600) confirms your dates and secures permits and accommodation, with the remaining 40% due 20 days before travel. This itinerary is designed for NGO teams & staff groups, and like all of our Rwanda safari packages it can be adjusted further — extra days, a different lodge category, or combined with another itinerary — to fit exactly what you have in mind.
